clowns hosting is were a clown fish goes into a anomone or a coral. Like mine for ex my clown hosts in my leather coral.

not to be mean but there shouldnt be anything in your tank after one week but live rock and sand. your tank has to cycle which means ammonia spikes...which in turn means dead clowns. but hosting is your clowns taking something like soft corals or anemones as their home or territory. i hope you dont lose your clowns

understandable, just now realize that soem LFS give advice in their best interest, not yours, or the fish....most people move away from cycling with fish as it is very harmful to them and could kill them.
clowns are crazy and will host just about anything in the tank...just making it there home, like mentioned.. fun to watch--love those clowns
If you can i'd call the lfs back and see if they will tkae them back and give you your money...oh,a nd by the way, where in IN are you?
