i would imagine that USPS, or ground would be the only affordable option. i'd suggest getting some friends together for a "group buy" to save shipping, and make it worth my while(i'd have to buy a box, shipping supplies...bla bla bla for a 5 dollar item otherwise)

well yeah id be buying multiple. ill let you know.

btw- check out the growth pattern on that green slimer in picture 2.

Yes I was looking at that. Almost looks like a tabling acro doesn't it?
Mine has that typical branching look to it. Although it is encrusting on the rock I have it attached to. Wonder if it will grow the same as yours and the encrusting part starts to branch?

If there is anyone in the York Pa area that would like to do a group buy I would be more then willing to travel to Mr X's house to pick it up. If anyone else is interested PM me and lets see if we can get some before its all gone (or at least have to wait for the next trimming :) )
BTW. I have seen Mr X's tank and set up when I bought some Zoo's from him around at Easter. What a beauty. I could have stared at it for hours but the wife and kids were in the family wagon. Mr X, if you ever get a chance you should post some pics of your tank and set up.

the usps postage calculator says 32.35, but you have to choose the "hold for pickup" option to get it the next day(if i'm reading that correctly)
-
Description
Hold For Pickup Service allows the addressee to pickup an Express Mail shipment at the destination Post Office by 10 a.m., 12 p.m., or 3 p.m. of the next day the destination office is open for retail business. The designated contact person is notified by "automated call" when the shipment is available for pickup and is provided the address information for the destination Post Office. Express Mail Hold For Pickup Service is available at no additional charge.

no zoo colonies except a 5-7 pound rock with some unknown palys, unknown brown with peach centers zoos, and radioactive dragon eyes. nothing special except for it's size.

meanwhile, the postage calculator says 22.75 for overnight (USPS)

Well, Mr X, as of 6PM this evening, everything is in place in the tank and pulsing and open. I guess the Nova Extreme Pro does it"s job after all!
Thanks Again, Mike

Please forgive my ignorance, how many stalks are a normal purchase? I have never had corals and have no idea how many I should buy. One more thing, I have 10k Daylight and Blue Actinic 192W PC will this lighting be good?

glad everything is going well mike!
frog/lionman- in a store, you would buy 1 piece. they differ in size though. if you tank's parameters are good, i'd say you only need 1 piece. that's how the "mess" above started.
xownagex- what big rock? the area pictured with the big group of xenia? i'm afraid i'll need that to put corals on when i get new ones. i'll clip all the xenia off of it for you if you like, unless you want to give me enough money to buy a new, clean rock to replace it.

I was talking about the rock with the zoas and palys...
sure, but the rock is about 10 pounds. i'll sell it for 35 dollars plus shipping. it's a round rock, and is about 7" in diameter. let me know if you'd like to see a pic.
