so heres my drawing of my next skimmer design. the outlet will go up and be gated. (didn't wanna take more time to try and draw that) also, the collection cup and neck will be slightly different (again too hard to draw) anyways, hows it look as far as the design? i made it a hex because it will be much cheaper to make than a 10" x30" piece of acrylic tube. there will be a 90 degree elbow pointing down on for the water exit so it doesnt let out bubbly water. i'm not sure if i should add a bubble diffuser plate inside the chamber or not or what else to change.. ideas/input?
