posting on behalf of my friend...
my buddy found a weird critter in his tank. It's about 1/4" long, looks almost like a mysis shrimp or a millipede. It's translucentish and the end of it's body curls under. It swims backwards like a shrimp. He saw it twice walking through zoa patches between the polyps (he could just see it's antennae and the polyps closing). When he tried to get a good angle it was almost like it knew he was looking and it was trying to stay out of sight. Last night he turned his second pump on for the first time in a week and it came out of the return.
baby mantis?
eunicid worm?
i haven't seen it and i couldn't tell from his description either... any thoughts?
