I'm starting to find tons of critters living in my live rock and live sand. I have found quite a few white-ish serpent/brittle stars, the biggest one I have seen is only about an inch from one end of a leg to the opposite end. Does this type of star get any larger than this? There are at least 3 just in one area of my tank, in the sand and rock. But there are also these strange things living in the rock that I can't ID. I don't know what their bodies look like, I just know that I see these REALLY long clearish tongues come out of the rock searching for food. I've only seen them on one of my pieces of live rock, a big piece at that. And I've seen probably 5 of them. Any ideas? It'd be impossible for me to get a clear picture of the tongues.. Just this long skinny clearish tongue.
