Well 'lil miss champian of the damsels... (me)... went to remove one agressive bugger and could not get 'em. So I got ticked. Nearly tore my tank apart getting them out. Now my two yellow-tails are in the 20 gallon.
The good part: less fish, lower bioload (I also removed a large hermit). There was a lot of junk under the rocks (probably the source of my NitrAte problem). I moved most of the sand out from under the rocks.
The bad part: I probably really upset the sand/rock/bacteria in the tank.
The worst part: Just found out I'm moving in a month (to another apartment in the same complex).
I guess I'll know by the end of the weekend if I killed anyone. I sincerly hope not.
