Most skimmers need a break in period of about 1-2 weeks. It may also have an adjustment on the air valve intake? Worth a look.

well i dont think its the skimmer.... when the water goes into my sump it makes tons of like MICRO bubbles.. really small looks like salt...... and my sumpfuge has baffles but it still gets to the return chamber and into main tank.... ill post a pic of what i mean kinda... i need help trying to stop these...
and these lil TINY bubbles are being pushed back into the display tank and i cant get rid of them.. any ideas how to stop these

If the bubbles stop when you turn off the skimmer;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;THEN it's the skimmer. Thats what you said in the opening of the thread.

Mike,
IMO, you might try slowing the Mag 18 down a little till the tank matures..Its not like that pump is over kill, hec I use a Dolphin Amp Master 3000 as a return on my 120 with 40 gal sump. What kind of stand pipe are you using in the overflow?

well i turned off my skimmer again.. and the water level in the sump is like 1" or 2" over than what its suppose to be... but i come back hour later.. and it was CLEAR. so the skimmer does effect it...... and people are saying its cause it has nothing to skim.....? so ill wait and see when i get my 220lbs LR and put it in there and see if it still bubbles.. if it does ill have a problem

Are the miro bubbles leaving the bottom of the tube to the riser pipe, in your picture it looks like the bubbles go all the way down in your skimmer by the drain. Try removing the eggcrate lowering your skimmer. I don't have a euroreeef, but I do have the knock off ASM G4-x and the lower the skimmer is in the water the greater the gap between the drain and bubble column. Also, you may want to cut some slots in the drain pipe (main drain in the fuge not skimmer) this does allow some of the air to blowout before it has to travel down to the end of the drain feed. After the skimmer is broke in you can try putting the eggcrate back in.

The foam pad also produces a lot of bubbles, but does keep splashing and noise down. Can you put a ball valve on the left drain of your tee to slow the water down through the chamber allowing the baffles a chance to let the air escape, before entering the return chamber.

Side note: IMO if the return and fuge chambers were switched around this most likely would have mitigated this issue. Keeping your drain area and return area at opposite ends. However, it's to late now.
