I suppose you couldnt take frags? jk But barracudas, although not often, will not hesitate to tear you up. They like open skin that shines like their fishy prey. Just a thought for next time.

mark- i've had cuda's charge me during a night dive when doing u/w photo. they absolutely love shiny objects. especially gold/silver dangly jewelry

See, I was watching a documentary on them on discovery channel where they really messed some people up, of course, Im not trying to make them sound like terrible creatures or anything, just a thought. I would dive with them. Never been diving, but still. They said that how the waves on the surface makes your skin shine like the fish's scales in the sun.

lol cuda's are called "the dog of the sea" because they are curious of humans and they watch us with these menacing grins , showing their "K9's". they are all over the caribbean and they almost never attack humans. when it does happen, person had some sort of shiny jewelry on, or something that was shiny.

OK i have the 35MM pics. i have resized them and tried to get the color as close to natural as possible. the flash battery compartment was flooded , these were taken with no flash.

too bad they came out so grainy. the disc i have with the pics on it came out better. oh well. i really can't complain for not using the camera in 7 years...
