CUC question

Tank has been set up know for over 2 weeks and is cycled....
We are wanting to get some nassarius and turbo snails for a CUC...Do they need to be QT'd or can they go straight into the tank?

You can introduce ick into your tank via the shipping water and any ick parasite that is in its reproduction stage that is attached to your snails (which I think is a million to one chance if not more) what I do is give my snails a good rinse in a bucket of DT water after acclamation

I add my CUC, then wait four weeks before adding fish. This way, the inverts are quarantined from fish long enough for any hitchhiking diseases to die off.
