culturing copepods

i have a mandrine, and i am going to start culturing copepods so i can make sure that my mandrine alway has food. so i bought a 4 oz bottle of copepods that should arrive tommorrow, how much do you think i should put in my tank and how often should i put them in the tank, i would like to keep 2oz to start culturing them. and has anyone had any good success with this?

How big is your tank and how much live rock do you have?? If you have a good amount of LR you will probly only have to add them oncw or twice at the most, they will reproduce in your tank, if you have a refugium put some in there and you will never have to buy them again. Todd

do a google search for ocean pods. You will see the one I am talking about and they tell you how to culture pods in tupperwear.
