Culturing rotifers...where to get them?

Hiya!,
I know the process, the question I am asking, where can I get them so I can start culturing (when time is needed for them)?
I know I could probably get them from local water, but I would rather not do that.

Not yet, but I plan to when I feel I have gain the knowledge to do it. Having a food source is important :) one of many things I need to learn is where to obtain rotifers.

i was also starting to think about it/start researching breeding. what species did you have in mind?

Well, we have a great book at work that explains the ends and outs of breeding clownfish. With popularity of them, it seems a way to go.
Cardinals are another species with a lot of success in culturing.
I would not mind trying to breed fairy or flasher wrasses, but if they are like many species of wrasses, they need a lot of room to do so.
Still feeling out the different species. Do you have any ideas of what you want to do?

Small microscopic alien like creatures :) that many larval forms of fish eat when first starting out. Some fish can't eat rotifers because they are too large for them and one must seek out a smaller food source.
