cure the rock??

If I have a new tank with no fish do I need to cure my LR or can I just put it in the tank and let the cycle run??

YOu can cycle the tank with the uncured LR...good way to do it!

Is anything in the tank now? If not, you can cure the rock either way.

Great way to cycle the tank.
Just monitor ammonia and do water changes as needed to keep Ammonia below 1.0
