Curing ich

I've got 1 yellow tang and 1 sailfin that I bought 4 days ago. My yellow tang has one white spot on his body and my sailfin has 3 on the fins. If this is ich, how can I "cure" these fish? I've tried catching them with no luck. My water quality is perfect and the salinity is in check as well. I also have a carpet anenemy that seems to be dropping its tenticales...is this related to ich?

I know you think your water quality is perfect, but there are different opinions on that and it would really help us to know:
ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, alk and specific gravity as well as temperature.
How long have you had the fish/anemones?
What lighting do you have?
How old is the tank?
Do you have LR?
I neglected to look at the tank size but IMO these are two fish that could mess with each other...and signs of that?

Thanks for responding...
salinity - 1.022
alk - 180
ph - 8.0, 8.5
nitrite - 0
mitrate - 0
don' know what LR is
skimmer
coralife light w/ white, black and moon light. the bright lights set for 8 hours on and the moon light set for 4 hours on. Black light on at 12 noon then white light comes on at 1 pm w/ the black light for 6 hours, then white light off and black on of 1 hour then moonlight. (hope that makes sense)
90 gallons; 2 months old; 13 corals doing great; 2 carpet aneneme; 3 antheous; 1 coral beauty; 2 gobies; 1 pseudo chromie; 1 6 line wrasse; 1 porcupine fish; 1 spider starfish; 1 other starfish; 3 clown fish ( 2 black 1 orange); 2 cleaner shrimp and lots of snails and crabs.
hope i've listed everything you asked. The fish seemed to be buddys in the store and they don't seem to chase each other around. Tonight one of the black clown fish didn't eat and had white stringy poo. All others ate great.

How did you cycle this tank and how long did it take? Do you have an ammonia reading...
IMO, you are at full stocking level in a VERY young tank...I like to see that in 6-12 months at the earliest. That could be cause for great trouble down the road. Also you sound like you don't have a lot of light...I am not sure the anemone and corals - which take months to die, will like that.
LR is live rock.
IMO, your specific gravity is very low for a reef tank, which should be more around 1.025-1.026. Your alkalinity I would say is also low. What is your calcium reading? Actually, that is stuff for the reef section which maybe should be a different thread.
But your ammonia level now is critical to know, as well as the info about cycling the tank.
My first advice is to slow down...that is one of the first issues with a parasite like Ick.
Do you have a QT system set up? I also strongly suggest a search on Ick or even a brief tour through this disease forum, as it has to be one of the number one disease issues.

Another note.....I agree with ophiura and would take the advice given. In addition to that, the product I used worked like a champ.
