Absolutely NOT!!!!!! My first anemone was a curly q, I named him No. One, cause that was his attitude when I added corals and especially anemones to the tank. He would spit chemicals all over the place. I finally place him 1st in line right by the power filter so he would detect the other corals in the tank...it kinda worked until I added a BTA. It was a battle to the death
No. One won......poor little BTA it never had a chance.
Don't get me wrong, I love Curly Q's, but they are very aggressive!!!!!
It is very hard to know how animals will get along, but it a good idea to stock animals that come from the same areaand prefer the same tank peramiters, such as tonga, indo-pacific, temp, and such.
I just bought a fire goby that are known to be very jittery and tend to jump out of the tank if stressed, the little guy I got was totally opposite. My 2 false perc clown fish tried to bully him into submission, but the little guy completey ignored them...mad himself right at home...go figure :notsure:
Best to prepare for the worst, and be relieved when things work out.....however....the more you read up on critters the more you'll know and be prepared
Let me know how it goes :happyfish
