curring live rock?

Add a good one if possible. I have a skilter 250 filter and protein skimmer all in one. The skimmer sucks, but I am turning it into a refuge with cheato and getting a better protein skimmer.

Boy I don't know who gave the information as to not run a skimmer when curing LR????

Go to all your big facilities that sell LR and such and what do you think their doing??????
