Custom Tank MFG's

Well . . . to my dismay, my current 22 has a leak . . . a slow one mind you, but none the less a leak.
Now I need to replace it obviously and I would like to go a little bigger. There is a awesome 32 cube at my LFS that I would love to get, but its made by the same MFG as my current tank. And after a little research on some local boards I have come to find out that they make pretty shady stuff so I don't want to make the same mistake twice with them and risk another leak.
Can someone tell me where I might look into getting a custom built tank, or some co. that makes a similar sized cube tank?

ask your LFS for a local builder, since you decided to not give your location it would be kind of hard to suggest a builder:rolleyes:

Ahh yes . . . point well taken.
I'm near Detroit.
I have asked the LFS, several for that matter and they all recommend the same company that I currently have. One LFS swears by them despite the fact that they have had to replace numerous (6+) tanks from this co.

Best bet is go to a major pet distributor and take a look at those tanks. However, LFS should be able to provide a respectable dealer.

If your talking about Inter American in Canada their prices are actually pretty good, their tanks are not very good and their service is the worst in the business but its hard to beat their prices.
I have seen A LOT of their tanks. Some are good, some are not.

That guy is an idiot. He's been kicked off of -- and RL more times then I can count. He makes up names left and right, has his GF make up names and post telling people what a nice tank she just got from them. The guys business practices make him somebody I would not recommend.
