i want to replace my current tank so it can be see through and better suitable for a very good reef tank.the problem is i have a existing custom built cabinet that i will like to reuse because its less than 6 months old. i just need to knock the side of my wall so i can accommodate a 36" wide and it can be see through just like my other house.
here is the prices
96x36x 27 about 2400 made out of 1/2" thick starphire front and back
96x36x 30 about 4500 made out of 3/4" thick starphire front and back
96x36x 27 about 3000 made out of 3/4" thick acrylic
i just convinced my wife to do this after we sold some of our properties so the cost will be also an issue
my current tank 96x24x30
i hate all the scratch on it because its too narrow . i love the height but will i notice the difference if i go with 27"
