Sorry, was at work and could not get the pic up earlier.
It is a new (6 months of use) industrial ballast that is wired up. Never had a problem with it and use an identical setup on another one of my tanks for over a year with no problems.

If none of the 11 people watching this item on the aucttion site put bids on it, I will sell it for $250 SHIPPED (lower 48 states only).

OOPS, typo in last post
$220 shipped to lower 48.
All the components (bulbs included) cost me around $200 so I really don't want to go lower than that. Then there is the time & effort of building it.
