I have recently posted about my weird copepod bloom all over my tank. And Now tonight I found this weird looking creature, that is transparent white, no shell, it was swimming through the water hunting my copepods and it landed on the glass to eat more copepods. Can anyone identify it? When it swims through the water, it moves like a cuttlefish, very interesting to see. Here is a picture.

Harmless flatworm. They just had a population bloom in my tank so Im positive. They dont hurt anything, nor is there anything you can do to get rid of them, because theres probably tons.

Yep..
Bergiha (sp) nudibranches. Hard to find, but they are available in the trade specificially for this purpose. They are obligatory flatform eaters, so they will die once they wipe out the population. Many aquarists pass them along from hobbyiest to hobbyiest. Our reef club did this a while back.
There is also a product out there by Salifert called "Flatform Exit"
This product does work and is reef safe, but it needs to be used with extreme caution. Flatforms often release toxins when they die, which is usually no big deal unless you kill a whole tank full of them at once, so you need to follow the directions very closely. Frankly though, I wouldn't go using this just because you saw one flatform.. I'd grab that flatform if it's offending you, and wait to see if any more turn up. There are probably more, but you don't know that yet.

You are exactly right. I had that one wrong. I named the wrong nudibranch.

Good catch!

The nudibranch you want is a VELVET Nudibranch. The are more common than the Berghias, so you should be able to find them.
All I had wrong was the name... the rest of what I said about them is correct ("AFAIK").
