cutting up star fish

well lotta peops do it w/ corals, even w/ few anemones...only certain speicies of star fish can form a new star fish in that method; even so usually has to have part or the radial disk attached too...not sure I would go around chopping up healthy animals just so I could have more though...possibly IF I KNEW what the heck I was doing

dont cut your star fish if you want more go buy one, i know most will grow new limbs and ive heard of sectioning them but dont try it
