cycle done, cleaning crew?

My water parameters are now as follows:
amonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates 10
ph 8.2
sg 1.025
temp 78
Do I now have permission from the all mighty saltwaterfish forum gurus to add a cleaning crew?
How about the 150 package on here for a 135g tank?

Ok. 75 g is up and running ...1.028 ph 8.3 temp 78. I have been told by "specialist" that I must wait a month before adding fish or coral. Some say go for it now.

I would stay away from hermit crabs because they have a tendency to attack snails for their shells and can destroy certain corals.
