During the cycling weeks for new setups, is there anything that I have to put on / drop or some kind of treatment for the water?
My cycle will be 2-3 months.

If you are willing to wait 2-3 months than all you need to do is add LR and sand.

If you want the cycle to go faster then add a raw shrimp for a couple of days.

Thanks, How long will it take (cycle) if I add raw shrimp? Is it just a live shrimp?

Go to the grocery store and get a raw shrimp and place the shrimp in the tank. Put the shrimp in some panty hose and after a couple of days you will have introduced some ammonia to the tank. After a couple of weeks your cycle may be complete.
