Cycle Question

I have a 29 gal that I'll be using for my QT. It has been cycling for about a month now. My test kit has tests for "free ammonia" and "total ammonia". I test my params about every 3 days, and here are my current readings...
free ammonia: 0
total ammonia: 2.0
nitrites: 0
nitrates: .10
temp: 77
PH: 8.2
SG : 1.024
These numbers have been like this for the past week, but I'm still not sure if the tank has actually cycled since I never did see any nitrites, and what is the difference between free ammonia and total ammonia? Thanks for any advice

I never noticed any spikes in nitrites or nitrates, and I test every few days so I don't think I could have missed it? I'm also confused about the "free" vs. "total" ammonia. What is the difference between them??

Well I dont know about free or total but I think you would want to look at total, but umm... drop in some food in your tank or put a raw peice of shrimp to kick start your cycle
