Cycle???

Ok, 1 week ago I moved everything from my 20 gallon tank to my 55, the 20 was cycled, I moved all LR and about 10 gallons of the water to the new tank, I just checked my levels and ph is 8.2 and everything else is at 0, if I put fish in will it start a cycle, should I put a raw shrimp in to start a cycle or is it ok???

I would not put in a raw shrimp. No reason to start a cycle that might not have happened if you didn't make the amonia spike. If it cycles at all by itself, it will be very small. Give it a few days and check your levels and everything should be fine.
