cycling problem, please help!

can i put in my cleaning up crews right after a 50% water change (after cycle done) or i better wait a day or 2 after the water change then put them in?

As far as should you use the amount of (true water) in your tank or what the tank says it will hold like a 55gal. tank holds 55 gals of water when emty of all rock, and sand, I all wase used the gal. amount that the tank will hold when emty like what the tank says it will hold new. The so called rules of thumb where mad befor live rock was largly put into the tank so you can put more fish in now if you have a lot of live rock, & live sand in your tank...
And dont for get to add the gals from your sump tank aslso thats the great thing about haveing one!!!! :happyfish :happyfish :happyfish

i use the end of the tubing that came with the vacume.. the clear tube... and blow in one end... and it will unstick it and take it off. and you can move that tubbing where you want. Its always worked great for me. Good luck

great! I have a 29 + a 20 gallon sump :) I know over kill but I wanted to be sure my pets were as healthy as they could be in a 29
