Cycling Tank Has become cloudy

Yes, apparently so. The cloudiness seems to be attributed to New Tank Syndrome. The cause or source, though, is still unknown to me.

If you are using a wet/dry and all that new sand, check your filter floss. In the begining it will clog up with silt and you will need to change it after a few days, if it is clogged you will notice it overlow the floss.

I just remembered what is said to cause it. Since it is a new tank, nitrifying bacteria must become estabished, and the cloudiness is due to the sudden explosion of these bacteria. This is why when using a product such as BioZyme, it causes the tank to become cloudy, because BioZyme is simply Nitrosomas and Nitrobacter bacteria in liquid or powder form.
