I know it's hard to give an exact number but how long does it usually take to cycle a tank with live sand and live rocks only?
I have 25 lbs of ls and about 45 lbs of lr in a 37 gal tank

Who can say?
My 40Gallon Cycled in 10 days with Live Rock and Live Sand, plus using a aditive called Cycle.
Everyones tank is different, and will cycle at a different time.
Two weeks it apparently the minimum with no interfearance to the process. But it could also take upto a month and possibly more.
Just get yourself some test strips and monitor the levels in your tank. That way you get a visual idea of how things are progressing.
