Just started a 29 gallon reef. Has live sand and about 30 lbs LR. 150W Lighting. Just wanted to know how long the tank might take to cycle. with LS and LR?
Any info would be appreciated

No one can tell you that. Too many variables...
It will take what it takes...
Alot depends on how alive or dead the sand and rock is and if any of it has cycled bacteria all ready on/in it. And own how high you let the spikes get ect. ect.
It may already be cycled or could take up to 8 weeks....have heard tanks takeing longer too.
