It looks like I am through the cycling of my tank now and I was wondering if you all might have any suggestions for the amount of water change I should do. Starting to see some brown algae on the substrate. Not sure if I should do a 20% change or full water change. Any suggestions would help!!!THANX

NEVER DO A FULL WATER CHANGE. 20% EVERY TWO OR THREE WEEKS IS FINE. THE BROWN ALGE IS NORMAL, IT WILL LESSEN IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS. IT'S BEST TO ADD FISH GRADUALLY, ONE EVERY TWO OR THREE WEEKS AND MONITOR YOUR WATER CONDITIONS IN BETWEEN FISH ADDITIONS. THIS GIVES YOUR BIO-FILTER TIME TO CAUTCH UP.
GOOD LUCK.

skimmer, or skimmerless, 10 % if you use a skimmer, otherwise, you should do at least a 10% change every week
as for the now water change, i would do a 20% IF you are completely cycled, you did test your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate??
the brown algae is normal
HTH and good luck
edited: i do agree, NEVER DO A FULL WATERCHANGE
