Funny thing is that the container for the powder cyclop-eeze doesn't have directons on it. AND I've called their office 4 times already, at different times, to ask for directions, and EVERY time the receptionist said "the person who can help u w/ that is in a meeting and I'll have him call you on your phone"....I Never got a call.

My guess is that there is no way to determine what different tanks would need. Just because someone at their company says to add xx, x times a week doesn't mean that would be the best schedule or best amount for your tank. It would worry me more if he returned your call and gave you an exact answer.

I too got the freeze-dried kind, I had a question to anyone experienced with it - do you keep it in the fridge? Their website says to keep it refrigerated and dark. That's kind of atypical for a freeze-dried product, usually keeping an airtight lid on is all you need - that's the whole point of the freeze-drying technology!
I'm feeding about 1/4 of a pea-sized amount mixed in a cup of system water every day, shooting it into the tank with a baster. The clowns nibble on it, and the corals so far seem to be doing better since I started. Just worried I'm not preserving it right!

You are fine. Its freeze dried, so your ok. The LFS I got mine from keep there's in a deli container with a lid. But I still have mine in the can it came in.
