i bought some and i'n not really sure how often to spot feed or just put in the tank any help would be great...thanks

You can do either, but I just put it in the tank...everything gets plenty.

I feed mine every other day, once a day.
I take about 1/2 cup of tankwater and mix the cyclopeeze in it and then add it to the tank.

i have a 72 and i use a piece about twice the size of new pencil eraser. i'm feeding fish, shrimp and corals.

I have a large system, but only feed it to the reef tank. I use the frozen stuff. Just shave off a thin sliver every other day, turn off the power heads and add it to the tank. I also use Coral Heaven, which the corals seem to love the most. I also use DT's on occasion.
