cyno Bacteria problems

Would anyone have a suggestion for treating a case of cyno bacteria. I have a 58gal tank using a trickel filter for a 200gal tank, a top phatom protein skimmer and running 2 actinic's, 3 20,000K, and a 50/50. My water tests have all been in the fine range. I have tried water changes but this does not seem to slow it down. It is now starting to spread on the live rock and bleaching is in the process. Any suggestions would be great.

You say your test are fine but it would help me answer your problem if you could post them also when you do water changes do you use R.O. or deionized water or are you using it straight from the tap.

The same thing is happening to me. I am using distilled water and all my test are GREAT........except.........nitrates. I am having a small prob' with the nitrates but I have had it at, or near ZERO before and still had problems with that nasty bacteria. Can anyone tell us what the number one cause of infestation is?
Thanks

Well in my case it was the water I used untill I changed to R.O. water for water changes and top offs I had the same problem.
By the way my nitrates were zero and it still
grew.
