Cyno in the fuge!!

how old is the fuge?
set up a 90 gallon in Nov. , had a cyno breakout in the fuge and then some on the sand in the MT.
tried to get rid of it syphoning it out, increasing flow, less feeding, less light, nothing seemed to work. got pretty thick on the acrylic in the fuge, would wipe it off.
Then one day it just started disappearing, I read some where that new tanks may go through a cyno outbreak until the tank becomes established, was called new tank syndrome or something?
I have since added 60 blue legs hermits to the MT and 20 to the fuge, they do a great job of keeping the sand clean

MT is about 7 mts old.... the fuge is only about 3-4. No cyno in the MT yet. I might try adding some more crabs tot he fuge... its pretty bad in the fuge... all over the back and dividers... and the sand. none on the front though.
Yes, im using ro/di water for my top offs
