D700

I'm so freaking lucky,...Otherhalf finally and I stress FINALLY gave in and said I could upgrade to the D700... Got the D700 body, The MBD-10 external battery pack, 8g card and a new bag with a 3 year extended warranty......It'll be here on Friday.
Still not sure how I'm going to weazil new lens out this, LOL....
I can't wait to get my hands on the camera

D700 just arrived.......
It's good be friends with your UPS driver, I wasn't home when the he tried to deliver, called the number on the slip to tell them I'd pick it up at the delivery center...UPS driver called me about 20m later and told me he was at a center about 10 minutes away or he would re-deliver at 3:30...Needless to say I broke every speed limit to find him.
Now I soooo confused, much more complicated and guess I need to read the manual, yeah right....
