ok so i just got a free frag of daisy pollips from my LFS, now i have a few questions about them:
1.how much light do they like? high med low
2.how much flow? if any...
3.what do i feed them?
4.how fast do they grow?
acording to the store this is what they like:
1. mid tank light
2. little to no flow
3. reef snow
4. really fast
i just wanted to double check so that i give them the best chance at growing to there fullest.
thanks. will post up pics once they fully open

What size tank do you have and what kind of lighting. Where to place them in the tank will depend on that. I have a 75 gallon tank with a Nova Pro t-5 fixture. I keep mine mid tank, and I do not feed them. I have found them to grow very fast!

I have a 30g with a 135w Orbit PC and I recently got a frag of these also. Mine are at mid tank level, with a gentle flow, and they are alreadys starting to spread.

opps sorry i forgot to post up some info.
55g reef set-up
4x56w HL IR light
so far i have found a nice spot for them. it just took a little while for them to open. i put them mid tank to start and they popped like 4 hours later. the have a little flow and they seem to be good so far.
so as far as feeding them i dont have to??? are the filter feeders then???
thanks if you need more info just ask

I would not feed them. They will get their nutrients from the light source, and pick up things in the water column.
