damsel

I just got a clownfish and my 3 stripped damsel keeps swimming next to it and then turning around and swimming backwards into him. Ramming his butt into him. Will the damsel hurt my new clownfish? Should I take the damsel out and give it to LFS?

My damsel did that to every fish!But my lion did not put up with him and just ate the damsel!Yes take the damsel BACK to the pet store,damsels do that,i think to show other fish "whos boss"

he seems to have stopped now. But he still swims close to the clowfish like he is tuff stuff.

ya,they are very mean fish.You should take the damsel back to the LFS or if you want your little nemo to die.

my clownfish is a Sebae Clownfish. I got him along with the rock he seemed to really like at the salt water fish store.
I may get rid of the damsel tomorrow if he keeps it up.
