Damsels - Frozen Food

Just setup my FOWLR tank about a week ago. Details can be found in my signature. The tank is doing quite well, and I believe it is due to the amount of live rock, and live sand I have put in the tank, as well as obtaining 5 gallons of water from another established tank. As of right now there are 2 Damsels, 1 Peppermint shrimp, and an anemone in there. I have fed the anemone a krill shrimp which he seems to love. I was told to feed the fish flake food one time, and frozen the next, and to keep rotating. I attempted to feed them Ocean Nutrition Formula One yesterday for the first time and neither of them ate it, and after being in the tank for about 30 minutes it ended up floating into the anemone's mouth. Will the damsel's not eat this frozen food?

I have tested Nitrate/Nitrite levels and they are ideal. I have also tested the Ammonia levels which are also Ideal. Would this be the case if the tank was not OK?

during the first few months of a new tank the levels will swing to extremes in most cases. normally it is ideal to leave the tank to simmer for a couple of months or more.before adding delecate animals like anemones to the tank. the need very good and steady water quality.
as far as the damsels I feed every 3 days usually and occasionally every other day. in the wild they have to hunt for food in the tanks it is handed to them on a silver platter and can eat themelfs to death.(my understanding anyway)
but try not feeding for a couple of days and then retry the frozen foods I bet the eat it. LOL

I would take the anemone back. It will die during the cycle. When they die they contaminate the tank.
How much lighting do you have?
