Darn Hydroids!!!

Hi,
I have a 15H tank that is my QT, right now I have a trigger in there.. So far so good.... he looks good BUT I have hydroids on the glass... I cannot imagine how they got in there though?? I have 2 small pieces of fugi LR (x-tra from display tank) and fake coral piece. I do have a LS bed too... Here is a photo.... How do I get rid of them?? Without hurting my Picasso??

Try smashing the colony with your cleaning magnet and scooping out the remains with the lights off so your fish doesn't see the net.

BTW - thank you for reminding me that I know nothing of marine biology and that I should contine to increase my research.
