Daydreaming - want to help?

While I'm sitting here watching it snow I'm daydreaming about a future fish tank room.
Wife and I are planning on moving in next few years (job and economy pending) and when we do I think I will downsize from 3 tanks to 2.
Currently I have a 240g Salt, 180g Fresh, and a 75g Salt.
I'm thinking about designing a game/theater room with 2 - 180g tanks in the walls (1 on each side of room).
On one side a 180g Freshwater tank with an Arowana.
On the other side of the room I'm thinking 180g Saltwater eel tank:
1 Japanese Dragon moray
1 Brazilian Dragon Moray (Whitespot Moray)
a variety of Damsels/Chromis
and 1 large show fish
So here is my question, what would be a good large show fish for this Saltwater tank? It has to be able to not be bothered by the Dragon's and not bother them either..so no triggers/groupers.
I'm thinking maybe one of these.....
Large Angel: Queen, Emperor, others?
Large Tang: Clown, Sohal, other?
Any other ideas that might fit into this tank?
How does this room idea sound to everone?

that would be really cool, the only thing is im not in to the whole FW thing but when it comes to morays im diggin' it, I would do one tank community moray tank with the ones you said then do the other one a tessy tank with a bunch of damsels or chromis the BDM you are talking about is the Muraena pavonina?
fish base says it only gets 1.5' long? I thought they got much bigger..?

The room sounds unreal. Im a movie man myself so I can totally see the set up in my eyes. I think 220's would look better.

I've decided a Tessy just gets too big to manage. And I can't justify doing 100g monthly water changes on a 500g tank for just 1 eel.
The Arowana is not in question as I've always had a love affair with them, Right now I have a Jardini (Austrailian Arowana) they max around 2' and are quiet stunning. Adult Pic attached (not mine).
So what large fish would you put in a 180g with those 2 eels that would be a nice looking and safe add?

Means bigger water changes...I'm trying to downsize..LOL
I'm picturing the lights off in a theater room with only the tank lights on either side. Sounds really cool. I hope I can do it.

I would tend to theink a Large Queen wouldnt get bothered.
They are gorgeous fish but they look just like mixed colors when adult, the emperor atleast still has some character and lines, but im no angel expert so im just sayin'

If it weren't for living in the US and those ****** CITIES rules I'd have an Chilli Red or Super Red Asian Arowana, but thanks to US Laws it's a no go..less I want jail time.
So the dull but mean Jardini is the FW Aro of choice.
