the directions on de*nitrate say 'Flow rate should not exceed 200 L (50 gallons*) per hour. If higher flow rates are unavoidable, use Matrixª or Pond Matrixª.
My flow rate is 700 gph. Does this mean i cannot use it?

Hi there,
Basically you are trying to reach low oxygen levels for it to work. When you have high flow rates that means you are going to have high oxygen levels passing through it. I don't think it will work with 700 gph, unless you isolate it at a lower flow rate.
