dead anenome

my anenome got sucked up in my powerhead last night. Does this mean my water is poisonous now and I should do a water change??

If there is nothing left of the anemone an his body was torn up, then yes I'd do a water change, and run some fresh carbon. You water may have an ammonia spike and that is what you need to worry about.
What exactly happend to the anemone, were you forced to remove it, explain?

it got sucked up in the power head and it was so stuck in there I could not remove it. For now I just removed my whole power head, with the anenome still attached!
