dead cardinal

i had a bang cardinal which i have had for a couple of weeks now he was doing good eating and all around just doing good when we got home from bowling tonight he was on bottom dead????? my water was cheched and everything was good temp 79 what could have happened? he didnt have anything on him no spots nothing?????

bangaii cardinals are notoriuous for bieng very hard to keep...witht hat being said i dont know if it was your fault.. i have heard of bangaiis living only when they are in large tanks and in schools of 6 or more
