When fish die to they become hard as a rock? my clownfish is hard as a rock and was stuck behind my powerhead when I woke up and now that I think of it my royal gramma is also missing...
Ill post my water levels after work, I dont have anytime right now...any ideas on what it could be possibly?

Not without knowing your levels, post them when you can. Fish do get stiff after they die though.

amonia should be zero!!!
ph is low should be at least 8.0 to 8.4
sg ? where are you at with that?
has the tank been cycled?
temp?
my guess is the ph is very low and amonia is toxic to fish

yeah the ammonia is hard to tell but looks closer ot .25 how can I get that down?
temp. is 79.6-80.1 all day and night lights on or off all around the tank.
sg my hydrometer is messed up and I havent had time to order refractometer but last time it was 1.023.

water changes about the best way to get amonia down safely. the ph is low as well you may want to check about the sg because that can through off ph levels. Ph is also can go off due to calcium levels ect. have you tried any buffer to get the ph up. baking soda will work there or you could use some buffer but be careful not to add too much. Is this a new tank? you normally will have to cycle the tank and that can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to cycle. If it has been then may be over feeding. If not try to save what you have by taking to local fish store and let the tank cycle before adding any more fish. I would also try to get a hold of what is causing ph to be low.

okay so i found my royal gramma...he is like white and everything is incredibly pale, could it be ick? Im not sure I thought ick was spots so I dont know..
Closer look..my clownfish either has tons of white dots or tons of bubbles do you think its ick? A LHS is known to carry ick and stupid me bought shrimp from him last week and those are already dead..so my guess is my tank is just dying off slowly?? any ideas...

i think you should slow down. if the royal gramma is still alive, just pale. thats not good but he os probably extremely stressed. can we see your livestock list, filtration system, tank size etc.

I might understand .. why your fish might be dying. your tank is way overloaded. yellow tang, you know already and he shouldnt be doing to good. it's not he looks good, but it's more of a stress thing for the tang, even a yellow tang in a 60 you'd still get some people tellign you to put it in a bigger tank. you had 7 fish in a 29 gallon, doesnt sound right IMO .. I also believe that flame scallops are really hard to take care of. Do you see agression ?

nope everything seemed really fine..each fish had its own section and even most of the time they all swam around my rocks together..but would my fish have air bubbles all on them or do you think this could be ick?
Here is a picture from last week they all looked fine..

they look fine, but really it sounds odd that a yellow tang can be in a 29g

i put copper before in my main tank bad move.
killed those cool little worm dudes in my live sand. You should trade that Yellow tang back in or return him, i doubt he's going to live much longer if your clowns are dying and such. Just save a beautiful fish until you figure out what's wrong. plus 29 is to small.
