Dead fish

Again my tank is a week old, with sand, 1 damsel, live rock, ect.
Well one of my tiny black/white damsel was sick. Named Rodey. I tried to take it out yesterday, but couldn't find it.
Well something ate Rodey. Looks like the only thing left is the outer skin. Is that bad?

Sounds like you didn't cycle your tank for at least 4 weeks before adding any fish.

He's got another thread where we told him to bring back the damsel or it would die, tank's is only a week old. Take the dead fish out, toss in a bunch of food to decompose and let the tank cycle, get some test kits so you know when the cycle is done and read the stickied threads about starting a new tank.

She I just got my water test done and will post it on the hitchhicker tread
