Dead Orange tree sponge

I purchased a sponge..it began to die within days...I have reported it, and sent pictures....e-mailed you about it..you said give you a day or two to do something...now it is over a week.
I know you are busy with ruining the website...no I don't like the new changes. But you are still my favorite fish store...Please advise me on what you plan to do or if there is something more I need to do..

I was expecting an answer to my e-mail and not just a credit issued. A little heads up would have helped. My confidence in your store is quite secure and remains unshaken. I don't have many things die on me from your store so I forget how DOA and the 14 days thing work. Your critters are almost always healthy and the corals are a good size.
I don't like the new changes to the web site, but I'm not going anywhere..I think you guys are the best around....LOL...My smiley is back.
