Death tank

I need help!!!!! I have a 75 gallon tank thats been running for 6 months. Ph is good, no nitrite, low nitrate, and low phosphates. I do have some hair algea. There is a yellow headed sleeper goby, a Fairy wrasse, some crabs and snails that are living in the tank and seem happy. Every new fish I add dies. The latest victim was a lawnmower Blenny. I bought him yesterday and he died today. I also have lost a Fox face, Golden angel, and a yellow tang. I dont know what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you acclimating the fish before you add them? If so, how much time are you acclimating them for?
What kind of test kits do you have?

I drip acclimated him for about 45min- 1hour. I have a marine lab test kit from red sea. I also took a sample to fish store to have water tested.

I can't explain your bad luck, but one thing did jump out at me - you purchased a fish yesterday, put it in your DT, and today it is dead. Do not put new fish directly into your DT. You might get away with this practice for a while, but as a veteran of 35 years of marine fishkeeping, I can assure you that there will come a time when this practice will wipe out your tank completely. One of the advantages of these forums is to help people to learn without their needing to experience the disasters that have taught many of us. Set up a QT and make it an ironclad policy that nothing goes into your Dt without at least a month in quarantine. You may become frustrated by the wait, but you won't be devastated by a catastrophe!

That is not long enough. Fish should be drip acclimated for at least 2-3 hours. Please post your EXACT water readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph, SG, and temp. I agree that the fish should not have been added to the DT without QT, but the fact that they were and the original fish are fine tells me that something is wrong with the acclimation procedure or the parameters are so far off that the new fish can't handle it. Something is wrong.
