decorating live rock?

hey guys ,
i was wondering if theres anything in the market to glue live rock together or even better a shelf of some sort to put the live rock in
i'm trying to create more space so i don't use up all the bottom space. i'm trying to go high with my live rock but it keeps falling down

also instead of glue. electrician's plastic cablie ties. i've heard that coralline algae will grow over it so its not noticable
