Have a 3" dsb with no under gravel filtration. The substrate is fairly fine and I would like to know if this will cause big problem at any time. What do you guys recommend
What size is the tank (footprint) and how fine is the substrate (dust, sugar, BBs, Marbles, etc.)?
Also, is the substrate alive with bugs, worms, and other critters?
Are there any predatory sand sifters (Starfish, Gobies, etc.)?
