Defination of light, moderate, and strong light/lumen/watt

Folks,
When you shop around for type of live corals, invertables,and etc. As the specification with the individual spiecment's light accommondation as of three caterogy as of;
light
moderate
strong
Is there any good measurement of lumen and watt to gallon to accommondate the suggest defination of light, moderate, and strong? (Due to individual's different opinion with lumen and watt to gallon ratio so I am asking for both opinions.)
As I have done my research and I am about to "take it as" by 2' X 2' (75, greater gallon types) or 2'X 1" (40-55 gallon types)
light= 3000+ lumen or 2-/+ watt per gallon
moderate= 5000+ lumen or around 4+ watt per gallon
strong= 10,000+ lumen or around 8+ watt per gallon (excellent for such clams, certain softies and etc.)
Does this sound approximately?

Not a trick question....
I need a good defination of " light, moderate, and strong" of lighting specification.
Why would you think as of trick question?
