i bought a similar device from a certain online company, and although they had 24/7 technical support, neither i nor their techs could figure out how to get it going. i ended up sending it back to them for a refund. if you describe your setup, including your livestock, substrate, feeding schedule, lights, water source for changes and top-offs, amount of live rock, and mechanical filtration you're using, maybe we could help get them down using some other methods. my point is that i wouldn't buy it yet.
